'Totally complicit': Omarosa Manigault Newman recorded her White House firing

Trump calls Omarosa Manigault Newman 'a lowlife'

Omarosa Manigault Newman appeared on "Meet the Press" on August 12 and played a shocking recording of what she claims is the moment White House Chief of Staff John Kelly fired her in the Situation Room.

In response to her media tour, the White House has painted Manigault Newman as a vengeful, untrustworthy opportunist.

Omarosa Manigault Newman also claimed that Americans were being kept in the dark about their president's mental decline, saying: "I was complicit with the White House deceiving this nation". Manigault said that since this was her first conversation with Kelly, she'd like to ask some questions. She even secretly recorded some conversations she had with the president himself.

Omarosa Manigault Newman, the fired White House aide seeking publicity for her new memoir about her time in the Trump administration, said in an interview Sunday that the way Chief of Staff John F. Kelly dismissed her involved a "threat" and shared an audio recording of Kelly she said she made in the Situation Room.

She also predicted that people who have tape of Trump using the n-word on the "Apprentice" set plan to release it.

But the incident isn't in her book because she didn't hear the tape until after the book was published. "But when he talks that way, the way he does on this tape, it confirms that he is truly a racist".

Price said there is no one checking staffers for devices at the door, but there is a sign outside the room making clear that electronic devices are prohibited.

The White House has not reacted yet to the revelation, as experts and former White House officials discussed the implications of the tape, with some suggesting it was a massive security breach.

In the book Omarosa only describes hearing about the tape from anonymous sources.

The aftermath of the election has been marred by allegations of a crackdown on opposition members, including beatings and arrests. We had planned to have our inauguration on Sunday but we now have to wait for court processes if the alliance files its appeal.

"Nobody even told me about it", the male voice can be heard saying. "God [expletive]. I don't love you leaving at all". She has since written a book about her time with the Trump administration, which prompted President Trump to call her a "lowlife" on Twitter.

"Nobody ever told me about it", he responds.

On ABC News' "This Week", White House counselor Kellyanne Conway was pressed on Manigault Newman's claim that she was offered a hush-money contract with the Trump re-election campaign for $15,000 a month.

She says the president lies often.

The former "Apprentice" contestant and White House staffer revealed her thoughts on the matter in both her upcoming book "Unhinged" as well as in a brief interview with TMZ.

Although Omarosa was hired in an entry-level position to work in former Vice President Al Gore's office, she was quickly shuffled out the door due to the poor quality of her work.

What do her critics say?

"Had I not recorded this, everyone would say she has a credibility issue", she said. "I had a blind spot when it came to Donald Trump".

"Apparently telling the truth wasn't paying her bills, so she made a decision to switch her story to try and make a quick buck and that I just can't abide by", Mr. Gidley said.
