Roseanne's Moving On From Apologies, Says Haters Should 'F**k Off'

Barr repeated her assertion that she did not know Jarrett was black when she tweeted that she was the "baby" of the Muslim Brotherhood and Planet Of The Apes.

Although it was looked upon by many as a racist tweet, Barr insisted otherwise, calling it "political".

The 2009 Academy Award victor for best-supporting actress explained during a Morning News interview with Sam Rubin how Roseanne Barr supported her early on in her career, at a time when many people would not.

Co-host Meghan McCain similarly expressed skepticism of embracing Roseanne, and she said the former sitcom star made it harder for her to convince people that Republicans aren't all crazed bigots.

"Valerie, let's discuss this", Barr said on Fox News. "That's what was in my head".

"I feel that I have apologized and explained and asked for forgiveness and made recompense", Barr said on Thursday, adding that she has made donations to "several African-American things". And you know I.I'm sorry if you felt harmed and hurt. "I've apologized a lot".

Hannity reminded her to tell viewers she had sent the tweet at 2:30 AM.

The actress claimed she fought extremism, but fears it is growing, adding, "I feel like both the left and the right have marginalized the middle, and it's just too insane".

Washington’s Crimea strategy doomed to failure, Russian legislator assures
In the interview, Pompeo acknowledged that he was not in the room when Trump and Putin met for almost two hours in Helsinki. President Donald Trump's proposed Washington meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin has been delayed until 2019.

"I walked away from that show, despite the fact that I had a contract which protected me from if I got in trouble with tweets", Barr said.

With her sacking by ABC, the network also scrapped Roseanne's sitcom, a re-boot of the series that originally ran for nearly a decade from 1988.

Reflecting on the backlash to her tweet online and ABC cancelling her revived sitcom, Barr said she was hurt by the reaction both as an "artist" and as a "citizen". She also suggested that Jarret's skin tone is "like mine" and said she herself is "brown" before explaining that she lives "on an island full of brown people." WTF?

Barr paused. "Well, we can't talk about that", she said. "I mean seriously. She needs a new haircut".

She shared: "I'm not a racist and the people who voted for Trump, they're not racist either, and Trump isn't a racist, sorry".

"If she's watching, I'm so sorry that you thought I was racist and that you thought my tweet was racist", Barr said, looking straight at the camera and addressing Jarrett, in case she was watching.

"My kids took it away from me forever", she said.

Barr also addressed Jarrett directly and apologized for the tweets, advocating for a broader dialogue on race relations.
