Liverpool confirm that no Fekir deal has been agreed

UEFA will announce their punishment on Thursday

Nabil Fekir is wanted by Liverpool.

"He said via his social media account: "#Fekir and his agent Jean-Pierre #Bernes should be in #Liverpool this Sunday to settle the final details of the transfer of the French worldwide.

Liverpool have rubbished reports that Lyon forward Nabil Fekir is set to undergo a medical with the club today. "The transfer window is long and other clubs could show interest".

"I would be amazed if there are not other big clubs interested, but Liverpool are slowly making their way back not only to the top of the English game, but the top of the European game".

"Talks with Liverpool will only happen when there is an agreement with Lyon and Jean-Michel Aulas gives the green light", he told French outlet Le Progres . We will probably know more after the World Cup.

India not mediating between US and North Korea
India imported $10.5 billion worth of goods, mainly crude oil , and exported commodities worth $2.4 billion. But New Delhi might come under pressure from Washington to minimise its economic partnership with Iran .

Speaking about the recent speculation linking Fekir with a move to Liverpool, the player's agent said, "I did not leave Marseille (this weekend)".

Bad news for Liverpool fans who will have been getting excited at reports that the Fekir deal was all but done.

One mistake on a sufficiently grand stage can be enough to tarnish a career forever and while most do sympathize with the 24-year-old Liverpool man Loris Karius, the cost of messing up in such a high-profile matchup could well be too much to see him line out for the Reds again next season.

Fekir is now with the France squad for the upcoming World Cup having earned his place in Didier Deschamps' 23-man roster.

Jürgen Klopp has already begun his summer transfer business in earnest, bringing in midfield duo Fabinho and Naby Keita, but he seems to be far from finished.
